| In the beginning I can't find suitable words to explain my work. Though it's certain that I'm in moving busily every day, I can't declare only this to be my work. Not only our company gives me the officer but also ten and over companies. And I enter into an adviser contracts with ten and above companies as well, too. It's just a part of my works. Therefore, I'll show you our company guidance the following. It may be that you understand my work a little. |
| At first January 1, 2000(the 12th year of Heisei) The business circumstance which enterprises are surrounded is getting severer year by year.If an enterprise ran a business haphazardly without making plan and aimed for an extension of the past, it wouldn't even develop, it would go under. Strengthening of the management basis on every aspect is indispensable in order that a modern enterprise can be continued developing. Surugadai Management Research Institute Inc.has been connected with many client companies since opening our office. We recognize that various problems which each modern enterprise faces are difficult to solve them. We've concentrated on solving those problems and making an enterprise develop. We've consulted our clients from a point of view that an enterprise shouldn't be enlarged but it should be strengthened. Then, we catch enterprise management with the concept of "the good company from the strong company" and we are developing our consulting like this at present. We would like to keep presenting the meaning for each enterprise as for to become strong it then to improve it from now. We've promoted actively the personal computer system integration of each enterprise, because we thought that the Internet and personal computer information system would be a big existence and indispensable for the future. We're sure that no one can deny that the Internet and personal computer system shoulder an important part in not only each enterprise but also each home, more in social whole at present. We will catch it more actively, and promote it more. We always think about client's condition strengthening development, and we do never spare every effort. We will keep providing the information which is always necessary for a manager's decision on intention, and being active as a staff of your company who works out important management strategy for the modern enterprise in the days. | At finish The above is our company outline. It's was a littel omitted. I thought deeply once when I began this work. That is whether or not I can catch the idea of the management with methodology of the book "What is the beauty to the language?" which was written by Takaaki Yoshimoto. If you ask to me " What kind of contents are they?", I can't answer definitely. But I'm sure that I've always reffered to his various books and his way of life when I did the consulting work. I wish I could develop the management by the methodology of Mr.Yoshimoto someday. Yes, I will aim for it, and accomplish it. |
